This job is to take over as project manager for the recipe section project HERE. This is currently a task under WNY Community and will serve as a mini project via subtasks.

Project manager needs to:

1.Plan out the steps of the project

2.Create jobs to input those steps as subtasks and jobs

3.Check and close completed tasks and jobs
