One of our favorite charities, No Kid Hungry, has a great tool to help you find free food locations nearest to you, for your children. There are tons of resources, and even if you are able to feed your family, utilizing the available resources will make that go further and allow you breathing room either for something else, or a teensy bit of stress relief. Check your locality and if you need help ask in the peer support groups or make it a job to help you! <3
